Stress:The faceless demon that feeds on Human Energy
Stress is the adoptive response that can pose a threat or challenge person s well being resulting physical mental and emotional fight or flight reaction.
Everyone feels stressed from time to time and this faceless demon show s presence in all walks of life according to their age groups.
Why does this occur?
when we stressed our body thinks it is under attack and inorder to counter attack it releases a complex mix of hormones and chemicals called Adrenaline, cortisol and norepinephrine that prepares for physical action.
